Please join us for an unforgettable experience with Celebrity Chef Andre Rush. In this fun and engaging session, “Chef” will offer a behind-the-scenes view into his journey and share how he supports mental, physical, and emotional health through Culinary Arts.

Chef Rush is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran with over 20 years of service and is renowned for being the massive White House chef with his 24-inch biceps who served multiple administrations. In 2018, he gained international attention for his muscular physique when a picture of him went viral, receiving over a hundred million views.

“Chef” used his platform to become a motivational speaker, best-selling author, award-winning Olympic chef, and TV personality. He’s an advocate for military service, mental health, fitness, and healthy cooking. Through his advocacy, Chef Rush helps veterans and their families living with PTSD, with ways to cope, ensuring they are not alone.
