Join us for a pioneering and heart enriching experience of Symphony of the Soul: A Night of Music and Mindfulness. Hosted at the majestic FIM Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan, this happening stands out as a first-of-its-kind experiential symphonic breathwork journey.  

The evening will feature a harmonious blend of live contemporary classical music and guided breathwork and meditation, led by Vivian Rosenthal, a renowned breathwork teacher and the founder of Frequency Breathwork. As you immerse yourself in this transformative experience, you’ll be surrounded by mesmerizing sacred geometry projections, enhancing the ambience and aiding in your journey towards mindfulness, self-love and connection.  

This event is more than a concert; it’s an opportunity to co-create a powerful, resonating field of love, awareness, gratitude, and connection. It’s a call to come together as a community, forging new friendships, uplifting ourselves and one another in a shared, transcendent experience of healing and hope.  

As the evening progresses, participants journey through a spectrum of emotions, from the depths of introspection to heights of euphoric release. The combination of breathwork and live symphonic music creates a powerful and cathartic experience, allowing attendees to let go of mental barriers and immerse themselves in the present moment.

Proceeds from ticket sales support a pioneering breathwork study being held at the Diamond Rose retreat center in partnership with the Heroic Hearts Project, a non-profit organization serving U.S. military veterans. The study aims to show the efficacy of breathwork to treat PTSD and help alleviate mental health struggles.

Waiver Agreement

In consideration of purchasing a ticket and participating in Symphony of the Soul, (the “Program”) hosted, sponsored, or affiliated with Diamond Rose Sanctuary LLC. (the “Company”), I hereby voluntarily acknowledge and agree as follows:

I will be receiving instruction and information concerning breathwork practices, which may include breathing techniques, guided meditation, visualizations and energy movement in the Program. I represent and warrant that I have no physical or mental health condition that would prevent my safe participation in the Program. I agree that if I am pregnant, or have a known cardiac arrhythmia (including very slow heart rate), a history of heart disease, or if I am taking antipsychotic medications that may result in an adverse reaction in connection with the activities of breathwork, I will consult with and obtain the permission of a physician prior to engaging in any breathing techniques or other physical activities in connection with the Program. I fully understand that I will be engaging in activities in the Program that may involve risks of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, which might result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also that of other persons, the activities, or the condition of the premises or equipment used; I understand that it is my responsibility to determine that I am physically and medically able to participate in the Program and, if necessary, to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Program. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Program, including no known history of epilepsy; I acknowledge that Diamond Rose Sanctuary, the Program and its instructor Vivian Rosenthal are not medical professionals and do not provide any medical diagnoses or treatments. I agree that if I have a medical condition, I will seek the help of a medical professional.

I agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company and its affiliates, founder, officers, administrators, directors, teachers, and other employees of the Company (the “Releases”) from any and all liability to me, including to my heirs or next of kin, for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, including disability, death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the Releases in connection with the Program, including due to negligence of the Releases. I agree to conduct myself in a safe and reasonable manner. I agree that I will not participate in the Program while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and will not consume drugs or alcohol while participating in the Program. Contraindications for breathwork classes in the Program: Because Breathwork can allow for intense emotional and physical release it is not advised to do Breathwork if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurysms, osteoporosis, or recent surgery or physical injury. Additionally, Breathwork is not advised for people with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or someone with a history of panic attacks. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork and people with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician first.

BY SIGNING BELOW, I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND THAT I HEREBY VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED ABOVE.

I further certify that I am over 18 years of age and competent to contract in my name. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

BY PURCHASING AND ATTENDING THIS PROGRAM, I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND THAT I HEREBY VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED ABOVE.

I hereby consent and authorize Diamond Rose Sanctuary LLC, together with their affiliates, representatives, assigns, employees and any person, corporation, or entity acting under their permission or authority or for whom they might be acting including anyone distributing or disseminating programming or advertising related to the Program (as identified above) (collectively the foregoing referred to as “Producers”) the irrevocable right and permission to publish, reproduce, edit, exhibit, distribute and/or otherwise use: my name, voice and likeness; any video, still or moving photographic image, silhouette or sound recording of me (the “Performance”); and any statement or endorsement (including any writing, video or photograph), or any portions thereof (the “Testimonial”), made by me regarding or related to the Program; in such a manner, for such purposes, and with such frequency, in whole or in part (if at all), as the Producers shall determine in their sole discretion without further compensation or additional consideration to me and without further authorization required from me. I acknowledge that my potential inclusion in the Program is the full and fair consideration received for the grants of rights and releases provided herein by me. I disclaim any interest in the Performance and/or the Testimonial and further acknowledge that they shall constitute the sole property of Diamond Rose Sanctuary LLC.

I also affirm that, (i) any statements or endorsements made by me in the Performance and/or the Testimonial are factually accurate and represent my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences, and (ii) no other authorization by, or payment to, any person is necessary to enable the Company to use my name, voice, likeness, the Performance or the Testimonial as contemplated hereby (including pursuant to any guild or union requirements).
I hereby waive (i) all rights of inspection or approval with regard to any recording, taping, reproduction, editing of proposed printed, audio, or video publication and/or other use of my name, voice, likeness the Performance or the Testimonial, and (ii) any rights to injunctive relief in connection with this agreement, and (iii) any right to revoke this agreement. I hereby also release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Producers from and against any and all liability resulting from their use of my name, voice, likeness, the Performance and the Testimonial, as provided hereunder.

I hereby certify that I am over eighteen (18) years of age, and competent to contract in my own name insofar as the above is concerned. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, regardless of the place of its physical execution or my residence.
