Mobile Tickets FAQ
We are excited to announce a new level of convenience and security when purchasing your tickets! Mobile Tickets are a contactless way to have tickets delivered directly to your mobile device using a mobile wallet. This offers a safe and easy way to receive, manage, and share your tickets with guests while reducing the risk of stolen or counterfeit tickets. No more stress about printing at home, running out of ink or misplacing your tickets. And don’t worry – no apps are required to store and access your tickets.
General Mobile Ticket FAQs
Mobile ticketing is a convenient, secure, contactless, service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device using rotating QR codes. Your QR codes will activate 48 hours prior to your performance start time and will refresh every 30 seconds. These rotating codes give you the peace of mind that you have a valid ticket and reduce the risk of stolen or counterfeit tickets.
FIM is implementing mobile tickets to provide a safe and secure method for delivering tickets directly to you that reduces the risk of stolen and counterfeit tickets and makes it easy to share your tickets with friends and family. No more stress about printing at home, running out of printer ink or misplacing your tickets. Your tickets are always available in your mobile wallet.
FIM ticketing terms & conditions have not changed with the switch to mobile ticketing. Please visit the FIM Ticket Center website to review a complete list of policies, including refunds, exchanges, and fee transparency.
