About the Opportunity
Under the direction of the Director of CRM & Analytics, the CRM Analytics Associate will run weekly reports and analytics.

Specific Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Within Tessitura- manage, run, and communicate the following weekly reports:
• All On Sale
• Concessions
• Promo Codes
• Fraud
• Logitix addresses
• WordFly unsubscribers
• Email data
• New to File Lists
• Pull postcard mailing lists and scrub for accuracy. Work with Marketing Operations Manager on timing of mail drops by considering audience segments and postcard frequency.
• Lead and expert on email list pulling, including audience segment insights and understanding of prioritization and deduplication. Work with Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to strategize on weekly email drops according to audience overlap.
• Acquire full knowledge of the email platform used (WordFly) for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Manage Google Analytics & Sourcing attribution.
• Ensure the Tessitura Analytics Dashboards are updated and being distributed properly; build Dashboards at the request of Marketing or other departments.
• Maintain and enforce the hygiene and consistency of the database.
• Assist the Director of CRM & Analytics as needed in performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policy.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree or 2 – 5 years of relevant experience (customer services, marketing, events, arts administration, etc), required.
• Thorough knowledge of CRMs, computerized ticketing systems and box office ticket operations. Tessitura use, preferred.
• Experience and understanding of email platform providers preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including a desire to move upwards in the organization.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong excel expertise; proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and maintain motivation in a fully remote role.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 – $26.00
• Full Time Position
