Round-Up Contributions Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October

We are proud to announce a meaningful partnership with the Flint Institute of Music (FIM) in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.

Through this collaboration, our network of foundations and community organizations will work together to promote FIM’s performances and events, helping to increase awareness, engagement, and community involvement throughout the month.

In an incredibly generous show of support, FIM has committed to donating all ticketsale “Round-Up” contributions collected during October to benefit the Pink Party. This partnership not only enhances visibility for the arts and our participating organizations, but more importantly, creates an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

Together, we are uniting our voices, platforms, and resources to raise awareness, inspire hope, and provide support for those facing breast cancer. This collaboration reflects the power of community, compassion, and collective action in advancing a cause that touches so many lives.

The Pink Party was built on one simple belief: we can make a greater impact when we come together.

Breast cancer is a cause that touches countless lives across Mid-Michigan, which is why PinkPartee of Security Credit Union, McLaren Foundation, Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Hurley Foundation, Henry Ford Foundation, Genesys-Hurley Cancer Institute, and the United Cancer Association joined forces to create The Pink Party. By combining resources, expertise, and heart, this partnership is able to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.

Together, our mission is to support individuals and families throughout their cancer journey, help ease their burdens, and invest in better care through advanced technology, treatment support, and patient resources.

While the mission is powerful, the spirit of the event is one of hope and celebration. The Pink Party honors strength, progress, and those unforgettable “Ring the Bell” moments—because every victory, big or small, deserves to be celebrated.
