Mitchell Anderson graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music from Wayne State University. While at WSU, he studied Double Bass with Larry Hutchinson. He is a versatile string performer who has been teaching violin, viola, cello, and bass since 2013. He is an alumni of the Flint Youth Symphony Orchestra, and has performed with the Flint Institute of Music throughout the United States and Europe. Mitchell is a substitute bassist for the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra, a conductor of the Flint Youth String Orchestra, and a string teacher at the Flint Institute of Music. He is also a music instructor at the Flint Cultural Center Academy.
