Dan Ingman
Dan Ingman is a percussionist, educator, and collaborative musician living in central Michigan. He has performed in ragtime orchestras, contemporary percussion groups, symphony orchestras, musical pits, polka and classic rock bands, and in traditional Brazilian, West African, and Middle Eastern ensembles. He has performed across the Midwest and New England, and internationally in Canada, China, France, and the United Kingdom. He currently serves as adjunct faculty at Southwestern Michigan College and is finishing his DMA from the Hartt School of Music of the University of Hartford with Benjamin Toth. Dan earned his Bachelor of Music from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison under Dr. Anthony Di Sanza and Master of Music from the University of Minnesota Duluth under Dr. Gene Koshinski, Dr. Tim Brocious. During his free time, Dan enjoys exploring hand drums, playing board games, and figuring out the time zone difference between himself and his parents in Alaska.
