Brandon Z. Smith
Brandon Z. Smith is a professional singer-songwriter and recording artist recognized for his catchy melodies, poetic lyrics, and distinctive tenor. He began writing songs at 15 and formed his first band two years later. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, Brandon has honed his vocal skills through lessons at the FSPA. He has performed at notable venues and festivals, including the historic FIM Capitol Theatre, Corktown Music Festival, and Alley Fest. His music has been likened to “if Adam Levine sang for the Beatles” and has been featured in the documentary Life In Flint.
In addition to his music career, Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan-Flint and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology.
