Richard E. Harris (Toledo) is a seasoned actor, musician, producer, and recording engineer. He studied music at Howard University and recording technology at Cedar Valley College in Dallas, and that musical foundation has stayed with him throughout his life and work. His theatre credits include work with The St. Louis Black Rep, Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre, Music Theater Heritage, The New Jewish Theatre, Greenhouse Theatre Project, and Classic Ensemble Company. His selected television and film credits include BONES, Veep, and Sharknado 3, as well as national commercials. Richard is proud to step into August Wilson’s world as Toledo—a musician, a thinker, and a Black man trying to make his brothers see. He is a member of Actors’ Equity and SAG-AFTRA.
