Austin McCoy (Johnny) (he/him) is beyond thrilled to be returning to Flint Rep for American Idiot! Austin was last seen at Flint Rep in Spring Awakening as Moritz. Other favorite credits include Christopher: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, and Pippin: Pippin.  Green Day has been Austin’s favorite band for as long as he can remember, so one can only imagine his elation upon receiving this incredible opportunity. In Austin’s free time, he can be found reading, swimming, practicing guitar and drums, and bullying fascists. Austin thanks his friends and family for their endless support, the amazing team at Flint Rep for making this all possible, and his loving girlfriend, Faith, for her tolerance of him throughout this rehearsal process.
