Joshua Morgan (Director) is a New York based director and actor, thrilled to return to Flint Rep after directing Season 23-24’s Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf. He founded and ran the first dual-city theater company (Washington, D.C. and Winston-Salem, NC), which earned a Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Emerging Theatre Company in its inaugural season. He also directed the first children’s web series to be integrated into classroom curriculum across the Southeast. Regional favorites include Suicide, Incorporated by Andrew Hinderaker, In Love and Warcraft by Madhuri Shekar (Helen Hayes nomination for Outstanding Direction), and Touch by Toni Press-Coffman. As a director, he’s passionate about holistic collaboration-building the world alongside everyone in the room-and examining truth from every angle, especially when it often hides in what’s least expected… Deep thanks to Nicole and the entire team at Flint Rep. Proud UNCSA alum. @jmorganarts
