Conor McShane (Policeman) is thrilled to make his Flint Rep debut in this American classic!  A Michigan native, he received a BA in creative writing from Western Michigan University and performed in The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Eddie), Mark Twain’s Is He Dead? (Dutchy), Leading Ladies (Leo), and King Lear (France/Ensemble) at the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre. Since then, he’s focused mostly on his work as a playwright. In Chicago, his plays have been performed by companies such as Chicago Dramatists, Nothing Without a Company, Eclectic Full Contact Theatre, and others, as well as in New York, LA, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, and the World Wide Web, and he’ll soon be heading to Kansas for the Midwest Dramatists Conference. Most recently, he played a clown therapist in the Big Top Brawl, Michigan’s largest clown wrestling show (yes, you read that right), performing to a sold out crowd at Tangent Gallery in Detroit. He is the co-founder of TypeSet Theatre and the Wayword Writers Collective alongside his partner in life and art, Leslie Hull. Huge thanks to everyone at Flint Rep and to his family.
