Community Music Therapy Partnerships
The Music Therapy Program collaborates with healthcare providers, schools, senior living communities, social service organizations, and correctional facilities throughout Genesee County and beyond. Through these partnerships, board-certified music therapists provide evidence-based services that support communication, cognitive functioning, emotional well-being, social connection, and quality of life for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Early Childhood & School-Based Programs
Music therapy is provided in early childhood settings, general and special education classrooms, and after-school and summer enrichment programs. These services help students develop communication, social-emotional, behavioral, and academic skills while supporting individualized goals related to learning, self-expression, emotional regulation, and positive peer interaction.
