Know Before You Go
If you have shared your email, all ticket holders will receive the pre-event email which is your essential guide to all the information you need to navigate your experience smoothly. This includes any announcements or changes, parking information, road closure and construction information, and details about the program. We do not sell or distribute your email address to anyone.
Ticket Center Announcements
Want to be a true FIM insider? FIM Ticket Center Tuesday emails are the place to be in the know before anyone else. This is our VIP loyalty club where we announce new shows for sale each week and periodically offer exclusive pre-sale offers and discount promotions not available to the general public.
Concessions
FIM offers several food and beverage options at most events. Capitol Theatre has its main concessions inside the Capitol building arcade, as well as satellite bar locations on both the lower level and balcony level. Cash and most major credit cards are accepted.
We offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a number of snack options. Please note that outside food or drinks are NOT permitted.
Drink Policy
No more than two drinks per customer served at a time. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 40 will have their ID checked at the discretion of FIM staff. Outside food or drinks are NOT permitted, including at our outdoor events.
Safety & Security
FIM continues to follow the guidance of state and local public health and safety officials and strictly adheres to the safety and prevention protocols required by law. The safety and security of all FIM patrons, artists, staff and volunteers is our top priority. By purchasing a ticket, you are acknowledging and agreeing to adhere to the policies and protocols of FIM.

Program Content
FIM offers a wide range of arts programming that may not be appropriate for all people or all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the productions prior to purchase to make informed decisions on whether they consider the content appealing and appropriate. Premieres of new works will include a thorough description of the content to assist in your decision-making. Note that we cannot issue refunds once a performance has started for any reason.

Children
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the building. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note some performances may contain adult themes.
Cameras and Recording Devices are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety of the performers and the comfort of our patrons unless otherwise posted. Inquire at time of ticket purchase.
No Refunds. Please check your ticket(s) before you leave the window to ensure the dates, times and performances are correct.
Exchanges. Changes to your ticket order after the initial purchase, if permitted, are subject to availability and additional fees may apply. All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to performance time.
Disruptive patrons will be asked to leave, without refunds.
