Chair Sponsors Mingle with Musicians at Post-Concert Reception
One of the most meaningful ways to engage with the Flint Symphony Orchestra is to sponsor a musician’s chair. Each spring, FIM celebrates our musicians and chair sponsors with a special reception to show our appreciation for their collective service and support, while providing an opportunity for sponsors and musicians to meet one another. This year’s musician and chair sponsor reception was held immediately following the May 16 Mystery & Reverie concert featuring Abdiel Vázquez. The evening provided a bridge from stage to seat as sponsors and musicians mingled over light food and drink.
If you’d like to join us at next year’s event and enjoy the reward of sustaining professional classical music in Flint, please contact Ann Marie Van Duyne at amvanduyne@thefim.org to learn more about becoming an FSO Chair Sponsor.
