Once again our committee is preparing for a spectacular evening filled with the culinary delights of Chef Matt Scitney of Andiamo and unique and exclusive wines selected by Michael Cregar of Woodberry Wine. The proceeds from this year’s event will benefit FIM’s Troubadours program. The evening will in begin with a reception and silent auction followed by 6-courses including dessert each with its own wine pairing.
