Reporting to the Director of Ticketing and Patron Services, the Patron Services Representative serves as the frontline of our organization, assisting with day-to-day patron service activities, including processing ticket requests, assisting patrons with their needs, maintaining data accuracy, assisting with database maintenance, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
